Launch TPM

Job Description

Ford is seeking a hands-on TPM to support vehicle interior systems including headliners, trim, center consoles, craftsmanship, and related components. This role sits at the intersection of program management, product management, operations, and engineering execution.

Responsibilities:

Own execution for 2-3 interior systems across multiple vehicle programs.

Drive alignment across engineering, design, suppliers, manufacturing, and leadership teams.

Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure deliverables stay on track.

Create and improve processes in a fast-moving, startup-like environment.

Support vehicle builds by coordinating suppliers, material readiness, logistics, and issue resolution.

Lead meetings, drive action items, and push programs from concept through launch.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of TPM, Program Management, Product Management, Systems Engineering, or Operations experience.

Experience taking a physical product from concept through launch (0→1 development).Proven success building or improving processes and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Strong manufacturing, product development, supply chain, or hardware engineering background.

Comfortable operating in ambiguity and owning execution with minimal structure.
