The salary range for this position is $164,500 to $203,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

• Conduct detailed analysis of contract documents, specifications, and drawings for large and complex projects to determine overall project requirements.
• Establish critical path schedule including milestone dates and completion timelines.
• Complete full quantity take‑off of labor, equipment, and materials; review pricing and ensure bid validity.
• Lead pricing of general expenses and project‑specific requirements for medium to large projects.
• Review final bid submission and oversee final tender document submission.
• Conduct risk and opportunity analysis for review by the chief estimator.
• Liaise with external consultants and project management organizations to estimate budget requirements.
• Assist the chief estimator in collecting and analyzing historical data and benchmarks.
• Monitor client project‑specific success criteria and advise management on strategic initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or trade experience or equivalent.
• Gold Seal certification in estimating required (CDN).
• 12 years of progressive experience in construction cost estimating with onsite experience preferred.
• Successfully led pursuits valued up to $250 million in various delivery models.
• Experience with self‑perform estimate and productivity understanding.
• Extensive knowledge of bid preparation, quantity take‑off procedures, trade procurement, and bid closing procedures.
• Expertise in contract terms for various delivery models and ability to identify risks and opportunities.
• Leadership and organizational skills; resourceful and self‑motivated.
• Strong ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with owners, peers, and industry representatives.
