Thisprojectinvolvesworkingwithoneoftheregion'smostimportantpublicagencies,supportinginfrastructurethatplaysavitalrolein

Southern

California'seconomyandoperations.

Wearelookingforaskilledschedulingprofessionalwhocanindependentlydevelop,maintain,andanalyzedetailedconstructionscheduleswhileworkingcloselywithourprojectmanagementandfieldteams.

Thispositionwillinitiallyrequire
24hoursperweek,performed on-site.Theremaybeopportunitiestoincreaseweeklyhoursasprojectrequirementsevolve.

Thescheduleoffersflexibilityincoordinatingworkdayswhilemeetingprojectobligations.

• Develop,maintain,andupdatedetailed
  
  Critical Path Method (CPM) schedulesusingOraclePrimaveraP
  6.
• Preparebaselineschedules,revised schedules,andrecoveryschedules.
• Developandmaintaincost-loadedandresource-loaded schedules,includingmanpowerforecastsandcashflowprojections.
• Prepareschedulefragnets,Time Impact Analyses (TIA),andsupportingdocumentationforchanges,delays,andtimeextensionrequests.
• Performweeklyscheduleupdates,incorporatingactualfieldprogress,remainingdurations,andchangesinconstructionsequencing.
• Prepare2-week,3-week,and6-weeklook-ahead schedules.
• Monitorcriticalpathactivities,float,milestones,andpotentialprojectdelays.
• Prepareschedulenarratives,progress reports,andvarianceanalyses.
• Coordinatedirectlywithprojectmanagers,superintendents,subcontractors,andownerrepresentatives.
• Reviewprojectdrawings,specifications,andcontractualschedulingrequirements.
• Attendschedulingandcoordinationmeetingsandassistwithmitigationandrecoveryplanning.
• Maintainaccurateschedulingrecordsandsupportprojectmanagementwithschedule-relatedreportingandanalysis.

• Minimum5yearsofhands-onPrimaveraP6constructionschedulingexperience.
• Provenabilitytoindependentlydevelop,update,andanalyzeCPMschedules.
• Experiencepreparingcost-loadedandresource-loaded schedules.
• Demonstratedexperiencewithschedulefragnets,Time Impact Analyses ,anddelayevaluations.
• Strongunderstandingofcriticalpathanalysis,constructionsequencing,float,andschedulinglogic.
• Experiencepreparingweeklyupdates,look-ahead schedules,andschedulenarratives.
• Abilitytointerpretconstructionplans,specifications,andcontractrequirements.
• Strongcommunicationskillsandabilitytocoordinatewithfieldandmanagementteams.
• Abilitytoworkon-sitefortheagreedweeklyschedule.

Preferred:Experience with Californiapublicworks,infrastructure,transportation,aviation,orothercomplexpublicconstructionprojects.
