Job Title :Customer Service Representative - Parts Department Pay Rate : $1900
Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our Parts Department. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service by phone and email, handle sales order data entry, and manage the return items process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Provide customer service support via phone and email, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform accurate and efficient sales order data entry into the system.
- Process return items, including issuing return authorizations, tracking returned goods, and following up to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to orders and returns.
- Assist with additional tasks within the Parts Department as needed.
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a parts, manufacturing, or distribution environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using ERP or order management systems is a plus.
