Position:
Customer Service Coordinator (Full-Time)
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Schedule, track, trace, and bill charges
- Troubleshooting and proactive communication with clients
- Track and maintain dispatch assignments, ensuring successful completion
- Provide excellent customer service and operational support

Experience:
1+ year required - Transportation Dispatch
Experience:
6 months to 1 year preferred (not required) - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required - Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to communicate efficiently (Verbal and Written)
- Must have the ability to learn dispatch programs and systems
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel Spreadsheet, Word)
- Ability to work well independently with minimal supervision
- Capable of quickly building rapport and effectively following up with customers
- Great organizational skills
