Seeking a compassionate, bilingual (Spanish) part‑time pediatrician to provide patient‑centered primary care in a community health setting in Long Beach, CA.
Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive pediatric services including exams, immunizations, and developmental screenings.
- Diagnose and treat pediatric conditions per clinical guidelines.
- Educate families on health, nutrition, and safety.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement.
- Support extended clinic hours, including every other Saturday.
- Supervise medical records review and assist clinical staff as needed.
- MD/DO with California license
- Board certification or eligibility
- BLS/PALS certification
- Bilingual Spanish (preferred)
- Outpatient experience (preferred)
Compensation is $125–$145/hour for 16–24 hours/week, with benefits such as health insurance, 403(b), loan repayment, and PTO.
