An HVACR Instructor will be responsible for effectively training students in the HVACR Technician curriculum in both classroom and laboratory settings.

• $38‑$40 per hour/year with OT

• Inspire and educate students by creating an engaging, inclusive learning environment.
• Lead practical demonstrations, ensuring real‑world experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVACR systems.
• Collaborate with the education team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones aligned with industry trends.
• Mentor students on individual projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative solutions.
• Instill safety procedures and best practices to maintain a secure working environment.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of practical work experience in refrigeration, commercial or residential HVAC, mini‑splits, and boilers.
• EPA 608/Universal certification and OSHA 10/30 highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and empathy in teaching, understanding that each student learns at their own pace.
