Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Test Program Integration Engineer to join our Vertical programs team in Long Beach, CA or Berkeley, MO. This role is critical in supporting the development and execution of test programs, ensuring that all testing activities are effectively integrated and aligned with project goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test program management, risk management and depth in Line Replaceable Units (LRU) test equipment requirements.
PositionResponsibilities
- Requirement Development Support:
Collaborate with engineering teams to support the development of Work Statement Requirements for the Vertical programs. - Work Placement:
Perform work placement determinations to ensure that testing processes are efficiently organized and executed. - Equipment Procurement:
Identify and assist with management of necessary testing equipment to support program objectives. - Equipment Fabrication:
Identify and assist with management of necessary build and fabrication requirements, ensuring that all components, planning, specifications and quality standards are met. - Test Development Documentation:
Assist in capturing requirements that feed into the Test Development Documents (TDD) that outline testing strategies, methodologies, and requirements. - LRU Integration:
Support as required, Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) integration SOW with test teams. - Test Execution:
Ensure requirements and resource needs are known so that Execution of tests, according to established procedures, adherence to safe and high quality standards. - Documentation of Test Execution:
Ensure test execution results are documented, including any anomalies or issues encountered during testing. - Sustaining Support:
Provide ongoing support and participate in strategy discussions around test station sustaining support. - Travel: up to 10% of the time.
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
- 2+ years of experience with project management and/or integration.
- 2+ years of financial acumen experience with understanding and applying financial metrics to assess the viability of business cases.
- 2+ years of experience in testing.
- Level 4: 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years of Project management integration experience.
- 4+ years of Finance understanding.
- 4+ years of Experience in test.
- Experience with Avion
X. - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- CAM experience.
- Rack build planning, fabrication or design experience.
- Experience presenting to leadership team.

Summary pay range for Mid-level (Level
3): $95,200 - $138,000
Summary pay range for Senior level (Level
4): $113,900 - $164,450
