Salary: $108,160 - $126,880
Level: Mid – Senior
Responsibilities- Assist with project planning, provide complete design solutions, and manage the QA/QC of Low‑Voltage/Signal – Technology systems through construction and installation.
- Design and implement telecommunications systems including IT/Telecom infrastructure, communications cabling, MPOE, TEC (server rooms), IDF rooms, outside plant cabling, horizontal cabling, wireless networking, and low voltage systems (paging, emergency phones, clock systems).
- Perform technical requirements analysis, site assessments, and solutions recommendations.
- Manage designs based on master planning and oversee post‑design field support from bid negotiation through construction and system installation.
- Evaluate new customer requirements, develop scope of work documents, and provide pricing estimates.
- Ensure technology systems meet client requirements based on industry codes and ANSI standards.
- Conduct QA/QC on current construction projects and coordinate with contractors and implementation teams.
- Market P2S technology services to grow business and lead the technology team in Seattle.
- Minimum 6 years of technical and project management experience involving telecommunication cable infrastructure.
- Previous engineering design experience with telecommunication systems for building and campus facilities.
- Experience in managing project designs and construction oversight.
- Knowledge of regulatory codes and standards for educational, healthcare, commercial, and federal facilities in and around Washington.
- Strongly preferred: experience on healthcare projects, working knowledge of construction documents (drawings and CSI specifications), low‑voltage/signal design and calculations, audio‑visual and security systems.
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- RCDD Certification or equivalent.
- BS in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience in technical design and installation of infrastructure supporting technology solutions.
