Salary Range: $ 90,000- $125,000, dependent on experience

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CAD/BIM Manager to lead CAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) efforts across a variety of projects, with a strong emphasis on either electrical or mechanical systems. This role will oversee BIM implementation, ensure compliance with client standards, and drive innovation in design coordination and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and maintain BIM standards and workflows on projects.
  • Assist with project setup using Revit and AutoCAD platforms.
  • Create and modify Revit families, AutoCAD blocks, and other parametric objects.
  • Troubleshoot project-related issues in AutoCAD/Revit.
  • Conduct quality control checks on BIM models for accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to exchange BIM data.
  • Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry trends.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions with other BIM staff.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant experience (mid-level).
  • Strong knowledge of BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, Dynamo).
  • Familiarity with BIM standards and protocols (e.g., IFC, COBie).
  • Experience with parametric modeling and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • High school diploma and relevant job experience or an associate degree.
  • Autodesk Certified Professional in Revit or AutoCAD preferred.
