You’ll have…
- BS/MS Mechanical Engr., with 3+ years of experience designing one or more of the following:
Structures, Subframes, Closures, and Interface parts including component manufacturing and assembly processes. - 3+ years of experience using 3D CAD software collaboratively, 3DX/Catia V5 preferred.
- 3+ year of Experience in the production release process.
- Good analytical skills with application of CAE tools.
- Experience developing and delivering a subframe system from concept to production a plus.
- A system approach to design and development with the desire and curiosity to strive for exceptional delivery execution and continuous improvement.
- Experience in assembly stack up using G&T and knowledge of industry design rules.
- Experience developing CAD for sheet metal, castings, and moldings at part and assembly levels.
- Knowledge of subframe structures systems design, manufacturing, and assembly processes.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical/problem‑solving skills, detail‑oriented and highly motivated.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse global team with good communication and interpersonal skills.
