A well‑established, privately held industrial services company is adding an FP&A Manager as part of continued growth and increased financial sophistication. The business operates at significant scale, supports complex operations, and has a long track record in its sector.

• Support capital analysis, ROI modeling, and business case development
• Assist with systems enhancements, reporting tools, and process improvements
• Present clear, concise financial insights to senior leadership
• Support ad‑hoc strategic initiatives as the business continues to scale

• FP&A experience within a large, complex organization
• Exposure to companies with revenues in the hundreds of millions or more
• Strong communication skills and comfort interfacing with executives
• Solid tenure and progression in prior roles
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities
• Experience working with modern ERP and reporting tools
• Systems or implementation experience a plus
