We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Tax Preparer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow within our firm.

Work Arrangement:
In-Person Only

Hours:

9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (extended hours during tax season may apply)

Responsibilities:

Accurately prepare and review individual, business, foundation, and trust tax returns.

Enter and analyze financial data to ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Work closely with tax planning professionals to optimize client tax strategies.

Manage multiple client accounts efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Stay up to date with tax laws and industry changes to provide top-tier service.

Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in tax preparation, particularly with high-net-worth individuals and complex returns.

Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a deadline-driven environment.

Familiarity with tax software and accounting systems.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

CPA or EA designation is a plus but not required.
