9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (extended hours during tax season may apply)

• Accurately prepare and review individual, business, foundation, and trust tax returns.
• Enter and analyze financial data to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Work closely with tax planning professionals to optimize client tax strategies.
• Manage multiple client accounts efficiently while meeting deadlines.
• Stay up to date with tax laws and industry changes to provide top-tier service.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive financial information.

• Proven experience in tax preparation, particularly with high-net-worth individuals and complex returns.
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with tax software and accounting systems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• CPA or EA designation is a plus but not required.
