Job Type: Full-time.
We are currently looking for a candidate who will work on billing and accounting matters related to litigation, foreclosure, and checks processing. The role involves managing all administrative tasks associated with billing: reviewing billing entries, coordinating with the legal team, submitting billing, requesting and processing checks, updating lender systems, and handling other financial matters.
Responsibilities- Review, update, enter, and submit billing entries and deliver them to clients according to timelines and other requirements.
- Process incoming funds, communicate with clients and third parties, and send funds to clients promptly.
- Process close instructions from clients with final billing requests.
- Review final sale funds results, request necessary checks for all parties, and distribute funds to required parties.
- Respond timely, courteous, and thoroughly to a high volume of email correspondence.
- Develop and maintain congenial relationships with business associates, borrowers, and lenders.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients at all levels of interaction, including timely status updates and follow‑up on outstanding documents or services.
- Consistently and accurately update the firm’s internal case‑management system and all lender systems.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed.
- Billing and check processing experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with borrowers, lenders, attorneys, other internal employees, and outside parties.
- Team‑oriented, congenial approach to work with others.
- Exceptional organizational skills; ability to multi‑task and adapt to continual change.
- Strong reading and proofreading skills.
- High‑level proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

The work environment is normal office working conditions. The noise level in the work environment is quiet.
Salary$25.00–$30.00 per hour.
