Tax Manager - SALT

. This will be a hands-on role reporting into the Tax Director.

Responsibilities:

• Manage state and local tax compliance functions including, research and planning.
• Analyze and organize state apportionment calculations, nexus, and taxability studies.
• Assist with quarterly estimated state tax payments and preparation of SALT related accruals, journal entries, and related account reconciliations.
• Research and analyze a wide range of SALT issues and implications.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant and progressive tax accounting experience
• Strong federal and state compliance experience
• System savvy and proficient in Excel
