Credit & Chargeback Analyst

Position Summary:

Seeking an experienced Credit & Chargeback Analyst to manage customer accounts, oversee B2B collections, evaluate credit risk, and resolve customer chargebacks and deductions. This role will work closely with Sales, Cash Applications, and other internal teams to ensure timely payments, accurate account balances, and effective dispute resolution.

Key Responsibilities Manage assigned customer accounts, monitor aging balances, and proactively collect past-due payments.

Research and resolve payment discrepancies, unapplied cash, invoice issues, and customer account reconciliations.

Evaluate customer creditworthiness, review credit limits and payment terms, and coordinate with external credit agencies.

Review credit holds, order releases, and credit limit increase requests.

Investigate customer chargebacks and deductions, dispute invalid claims, and recover outstanding balances.

Partner with Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service to resolve billing and payment disputes.

Maintain accurate collection notes, credit documentation, and account activity in SAP, Yay Pay, and customer portals.
