Job Summary:

We are seeking a Medical Assistant to join our team! As a Medical Assistant, you will prepare for each patient visit by organizing charts and notes beforehand, provide routine care alongside medical staff, and assist with tracking tests and lab reports to ensure timely delivery and patient communication. You will also manage medical supplies inventory, set up testing equipment, and clean instruments and rooms as needed.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, an interest in learning about the medical environment, and previous office experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare for patient visits by organizing charts, notes, and setting up medical equipment
• Clean instruments and equipment after use
• Answer phones and address questions about medical issues, identifying visit needs
• Assist doctors with basic medical procedures
• Track lab results, manage prescriptions, and perform basic office duties

Qualifications:

• BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
