Start Date:

10/12/2026 for a 13-week contract with guaranteed 35 hours per week. Shift is 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., five days per week. The assignment is in a skilled nursing facility with a long-term acute care focus. Weekly pay ranges from $1,619 to $1,707, paid per week. • Provide physical therapy assistant services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist in a LTAC/Skilled Nursing setting
• Perform therapeutic exercises, gait training, mobility activities, and functional training to restore and maintain patient function
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjust treatment plans within scope of practice, and communicate changes to supervising PT and care team
• Assist with transfers, device training, ADLs, and safety precautions; ensure proper use of equipment and safe patient handling
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, collaborate with nursing and therapy staff, and ensure accurate, timely documentation in patient records
• Adhere to infection control standards and facility policies, maintain clinical competency, and comply with regulations

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
• Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from an accredited program
• 1+ year of PTA experience in rehabilitation; LTAC/SNF settings preferred
• Ability to work the listed shift and travel assignment; ability to meet assignment demands in a long-term care setting
