Stage plates and setup breakdown area prior to events;
Assist FOH prior to events as needed;
Scrape food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine;
Wash pots, pans, trays, worktables, walls, ranges, and refrigerators;
Maintain clean dry floors and walls at all times, including sweeping and mopping;
Segregate and remove trash and garbage and places it in designated containers.
