TGIS Catering is seeking an experienced Cook 2 for our main production kitchen in Long Beach. The successful candidate will review preparation lists, organize their station, and complete production with minimal supervision, under the chef's direction to ensure quality and timely output.
Responsibilities include preparing items per recipes, planning around event requirements, scaling quantities, coordinating with the team to stay on schedule, and adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
