Role DescriptionAs a Senior Product Designer
, you will play a key role in the Customer Experience Team at my Kaarma, working to create exceptional interactions for our customers. You will be responsible for utilizing design thinking methodology and delivering high-quality designs in a fast-paced environment, and will collaborate closely with Customers, Product Management, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to achieve our department goals.
- End-to-End Design: Drive and implement comprehensive design initiatives from concept to completion.
- Shape Product Strategy: Engage in strategic discussions to actively influence the product’s direction.
- Empathize: Conduct user research, gather insights, and refine designs based on user feedback.
- Define Problems and Goals: Develop clear jobs-to-be-done and problem statements to guide design solutions.
- Ideate Solutions: Develop journey maps, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and other assets to illustrate current states and identify improvement opportunities.
- Prototype and Enhance: Design, iterate, and deliver enhancements that improve product quality and functionality, building on existing design systems for consistency.
- Test and Refine: Perform usability tests and A/B testing with customers to continuously refine the design based on data-driven insights.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, thought process, and product impact. Please include a link to your online portfolio with the password (if available).
- 3+ Years of working experience in the design field.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Interaction Design, User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related fields.
- Experience with design systems.
- Experience designing simple solutions to complex user problems.
- Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of effectively articulating design decisions and strategies to stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of Design Thinking methodology (Preferred).
