Sr. Healthcare Project Manager QNXT

Motocol is recruiting for our client.

Responsible for managing multiple mid-sized projects with hands-on experience in QNXT, ICD
10 implementation, and project team coordination to deliver business solutions and services. Defines project charters, plans, scope, and oversees delivery. Contributes to and improves project management methodologies within the IT-PMO group, translating business requirements into technical design strategies. Coordinates with technical leads, developers, and various teams for planning, designing, and implementing solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage 4-5 mid-sized projects simultaneously.
• Develop project plans, risk mitigation strategies, and traceability matrices.
• Create and track project budgets.
• Apply best practices, standards, and understand key project metrics.
• Adapt to changing priorities and manage difficult stakeholders.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to quickly understand application domains and company processes.
• Develop and present presentations to senior executives.
• Improve existing processes and develop new ones for efficiency and quality enhancement.
• Possess technical application development background to accurately estimate and engage the right resources.

SKILLS:

• 3-5 years of healthcare project management experience.
• Experience with QNXT, CRM, and SharePoint.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP Certification.

NICE TO HAVE:

• SDLC knowledge.

Contract duration: 6+ months.

Rate: $70/hr.

Candidate requirements: EAD, Green Card, or US Citizen. No OPT EAD.
