• Shape the Home Screen & Onboarding roadmap, prioritizing new feature development opportunities
• Drive platform strategy for the Home Screen, building scalable systems for feature and content integration
• Lead product discovery to define features and tools that enhance member experience and business outcomes
• Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to enhance content personalization and relevance
• Translate ideas into product reality with clear specs, experimentation plans, and rollout strategies

• 4+ years of product management experience, or 7+ years of product‑adjacent experience
• Experience in onboarding for consumer‑facing products
• Proven coordination with Marketing and Content Management teams for personalized UI experiences
• Ability to analyze data using tools like SQL or Amplitude to assess funnel performance
• Exceptional communication skills with a strategic and action‑oriented mindset

• Experience in technology, gaming, e‑commerce, or subscription businesses
• Familiarity with Agile development frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban)
• Knowledge of experimentation and feature flag systems (e.g., Amplitude, Optimizely)
• Experience working with remote, distributed teams
• Passion for fitness, gaming, or sport, with a strong alignment to the company's mission
