Job DescriptionThe Director of Cloud Infrastructure and Technology Operations is entrusted with the oversight of all Information Technology infrastructure, Cloud Architecture, and associated services. The primary mandate is to guarantee a highly reliable, performant, and secure cloud environment, striving for exceptional system uptime and end-to-end service availability. The Director partners with key business stakeholders and internal IT teams to define, implement and continuously refine processes for quality assurance, security controls, and comprehensive system maintenance.
YouWill
- Establish and drive the operational mission, vision and strategic goals, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with overarching business and enterprise IT strategies.
- Spearhead the introduction of advanced cloud infrastructure capabilities and operational frameworks that enhance organizational differentiation and maximize employee efficiency.
- Establish and maintain robust, end-to-end monitoring and observability strategies for all infrastructure, applications, and services to proactively identify and resolve performance degradation and ensure service-level objectives (SLOs) are met.
- Cultivate robust, trust-based relationships with critical IT and Business partners, serving as a trusted advisor to ensure the streamlined and efficient delivery of all IT services.
- Partner with stakeholders to comprehensively assess and prioritize initiatives for remediating accumulated technical debt, maintaining a resilient and adaptable IT landscape.
- Align the organization’s operational strategies with defined future-state capabilities and measurable business outcomes, developing a clear value roadmap.
- Develop, oversee, and manage the annual operational budget, ensuring consistency with strategic objectives and promoting a pervasive culture of continuous cost optimization.
- Work closely with senior management to embed security strategies directly into the cloud infrastructure operations for robust compliance and risk mitigation.
- Ensure the delivery of superior service and support to all internal organizational teams.

Education and Professional Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems.
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience covering networking, systems operations, data center management, servers, storage solutions, cloud management, client computing and production controls.
- At least 3 years in formal leadership capacity, including direct accountability for strategy development, budgetary control, and staffing/team management.
- Strong domain-specific knowledge and business acumen within the healthcare industry.
