Consultants are hands‑on contributors who play a critical role in delivering client value. You will collect and analyze data, help design solutions, and contribute to project deliverables, all while learning to think strategically and work collaboratively.
You will report to the Principal, Kalypso and can work in a remote environment from any location in the United States.
Your Responsibilities- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project goals.
- Develop presentation materials and client‑facing deliverables under guidance.
- Participate in interviews, workshops, and meetings with clients.
- Collaborate with peers and senior consultants to deliver project outcomes.
- Seek feedback and opportunities to develop consulting capabilities.
- Build subject matter depth in relevant domains or industries.
- Create an inclusive and innovative environment where professional growth and knowledge sharing thrive.
- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field

- The ability to travel as needed, potentially up to 50% of the time.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in consulting or an adjacent role.
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on automation and controls.
- Proven expertise in process control systems, including DCS, PLC, SCADA, and HMI platforms.
- Deep understanding of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) frameworks.
- Hands‑on experience with asset management and predictive / preventive maintenance strategies.
- Strong knowledge of OT data management, including data historians, edge computing, and integration with IT systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead or support automation projects from concept through commissioning.
- Familiarity with ISA‑95 and ISA‑88 standards for manufacturing systems integration.
- Experience working in regulated or high‑compliance environments (e.g., food & beverage, pharma, mining, or heavy industry).
