Do you enjoy helping people solve technical issues and want to be part of an innovative, international company? At Camco, we’re looking for a motivated Support Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll work with customers around the world, tackle real technical challenges, and make a direct impact — every single day.

• You will be the first point of contact for terminal operators, technicians and maintenance staff around the world — via phone and email.
• You will handle technical inquiries, provide accurate solutions, and escalated internally when needed.
• You follow up on customer questions in a structured, timely and professional way.
• You’re not afraid to ask questions — you know how to dig deeper to really understand the issue.
• When you can’t solve a problem right away, you coordinate internally and make sure the customer stays informed. You take ownership of each case until it’s resolved.
• You work closely with our service technicians and collaborate to find the best solutions.
• You will work late shift.
• You alternate between two work weeks:
  • Week 1:
    Monday to Friday.
  • Week 2:
    Sunday to Thursday.

• You have a degree or relevant experience in IT or technical support.
• You speak and write English fluently.
• You’re customer-focused, communicative, and results-oriented.
• You’re organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities.
• You enjoy solving problems and learning new things along the way.
