Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in Health Cloud and Agentforce to work on a healthcare/pharmaceutical client project. The role involves designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading technical teams, and collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
- 15+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 5+ years in an Architect role
- Strong experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and Agentforce
- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, and security
- Experience working with pharmaceutical clients such as Genentech is a plus
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience
- Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing)
- Salesforce certifications such as CTA preferred
