- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related field.
- Experience in automotive product design and hardware product development
; manufacturing-only or testing-only experience is not sufficient. - Experience managing hardware products from design and prototyping through manufacturing and production ramp-up.
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical components and multi-level Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Strong scheduling, planning, risk management, and program coordination skills.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Gantt charts, Jira, or similar project management tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead technical discussions, influence engineering teams, and manage programs independently.
