- Licensed Motor Carrier - You have your own MC/DOT and are in good standing with the FMCSA
- Insurance - you meet UIIA requirements for insurance coverage
- $1 Million auto liability
- $1 Million General Liability
- $100K Cargo
- $15K Trailer Interchange
- W9 - You have a tax yourself or your company
- Bank account # and routing # - You have a checking or savings account to receive payment within 21 days
Everything is electronic. You’ll upload a photo of your CDL and give us your insurance broker info. We’ll request a Certificate of Insurance from your broker.
