Associate Attorney

We are renowned for our insurance defense expertise in defending complex litigation, high exposure injury claims, government entities, law enforcement agencies, habitability claims, and construction litigation.

This is a full-time litigation position for a boutique firm located in the Long Beach East Village. The Associate will be fully responsible for all case management including client interaction, reporting, drafting law and motion, court appearances, discovery, depositions, mediation and trial preparation. The cases are plentiful and present a challenging variety of representation needs for our clients. There is both a state and federal practice, presenting civil claims, civil rights claims and quasi criminal issues of law.

• Ability to work collaboratively with senior attorneys and paralegals
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and membership in the California Bar
• 2-5 years preferred
