This role provides meaningful courtroom exposure, direct responsibility, and the opportunity to sharpen trial skills in an environment known for its truly exceptional work-life balance. With intentionally low billable expectations, attorneys are able to develop professionally while maintaining personal time and flexibility. Partnership opportunities are available for attorneys with an established client base.

In this position, you will manage files from intake through resolution, draft motions and briefs, conduct discovery and depositions, make court appearances, and assist in trial preparation alongside experienced litigators. The role offers a competitive total compensation range of $110,000 to $180,000+ D.O.E., which includes base salary, substantial bonus opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and a hybrid schedule following an initial in-office integration period.
