Job Description & How to Apply Below

Image Solutions designs, sources, manufactures, and distributes custom uniforms for regional and national organizations across a wide range of industries. Our mission is to make our customers, team members, and partners look and feel great ’re known for personalized service, a strong team culture, and giving back, including donating 10% of our annual profits to charity.

The Role

The Director of Supply Chain leads the strategy and execution of our end‑to‑end supply chain, including planning, inventory, sourcing, procurement, production, product commercialization, and logistics.

As a member of the Leadership Team, you’ll partner across the business to build a supply chain that supports growth, strengths product availability and service, manages cost and working capital, and reduces operational risk.

This role is a great fit for a leader who can move comfortably between strategy and execution. You use data to make decisions, create clarity and accountability, develop strong teams and supplier partnerships, and build processes that help the organization move faster and operate more effectively.

This is a hybrid position based in Long Beach, CA, with three days per week in the office and periodic international travel, including to Asia and Central America. The role reports to the President.

What You’ll Own

Supply Chain Strategy & Performance: Set the direction for the supply chain and establish the processes, priorities, and performance measures needed to support growth, profitability, customer service, and scalability. Identify risks and opportunities early and translate them into clear action.

Planning & Inventory: Lead demand and supply planning and inventory strategy to improve product availability while managing working capital. Create visibility into inventory health, backorders, supply gaps, purchasing needs, and capacity constraints so the business can make proactive decisions.

Sourcing & Supplier Management: Own domestic and international sourcing, procurement, supplier strategy, and negotiations. Develop a strong supplier network that delivers the right balance of cost, quality, capacity, lead time, reliability, and supply continuity.

Product Development & Commercialization: Lead the Product Development function and ensure new products move effectively from concept through commercialization and production readiness. Provide direction and oversight to the Product Development team, ensuring clear priorities, strong development processes, and accountability for quality, cost, manufacturability, and timelines. Partner with Design, Sales, Account Management, and suppliers to resolve issues and ensure products meet customer and business requirements.

Logistics & Distribution: Set transportation and distribution strategies that balance customer service, speed, and cost. Continuously evaluate freight, routing, consolidation, supplier, and operational decisions for opportunities to improve performance.

Team & Cross‑Functional Leadership: Lead and develop the Supply Chain team with clear priorities, ownership, and accountability. Build strong partnerships across Operations, Sales, Account Management, Design, Finance, and other functions to ensure supply chain decisions support broader company goals.

What Success Looks Like

  • Customers have the products they need when they need them, with fewer preventable backorders and supply disruptions.
  • Inventory supports customer demand while maintaining appropriate working capital and minimizing excess or obsolete product.
  • Supplier performance improves across cost, quality, lead time,…
