Full-Time | $26–$30/hr | Monday–Friday
Shifts: 2:00pm–10:30pm

• Set up and operate CNC lathes independently, ensuring all parts meet required specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, including geometric tolerances.
• Minimize scrap and rework through accurate machining practices.
• Verify part dimensions using micrometers, depth gauges, calipers, height gauges, and optical comparators.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and collaborate with engineering on process improvements.
• Maintain 5S standards and follow all safety policies.
• Cross-train on mill operations or other equipment as needed.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 4–5+ years of CNC lathe experience
  , including setup and operation
• Ability to run both CNC and manual equipment
• Strong blueprint-reading skills
• Proficiency with standard measuring tools (micrometers, comparators, calipers, etc.)
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and ISO quality systems
• Solid math and trigonometry skills
• Skilled in managing tooling (fixtures, inserts, holders, specialty tools)
