Our mission is to touch and enhance lives through the joy that is Krispy Kreme, not only in our doughnut shops but also in grocery and convenience stores.

• Inspect doughnuts to ensure they meet quality and food safety standards before packing them for grocery shelves.
• Add fillings, icing, and toppings such as sprinkles to enhance appearance and taste.
• Help clean and maintain the work area to stay safe and sanitary.
• Learn how our doughnuts are made and how to operate the equipment.
• Check labeling on packages and assist in other tasks as directed by your leader.

• This role requires staying active during the day, including packing doughnuts and moving around the workspace.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Work environment may be warm and a bit noisy due to equipment.
• May involve carrying and lifting boxes or cleaning supplies, sweeping, and mopping.

• 2-4 years of experience in a food manufacturing or similar environment, with experience in food packing or processing.
• Ability to pack doughnuts gently without crushing them.
• Effective communication with team members and good organizational skills.
• Ability to read and perform basic math.
• Dependable and able to contribute to ensuring customers receive their treats.
