NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCENice-to-Have Skills & Experience Experience assembling power or energy systems equipment such as battery systems, switch gear, inverters, or related electrical equipment Technical trade school certification or vocational training Electrical assembly experience including wiring, terminations, cable routing, or harness building Experience working in a startup, high-growth, or rapidly evolving manufacturing environment
