Nurse Practitioner​/Physician Assistant

Pro Health Partners is an established multi-specialty physician group and has been providing care to patients over the last 30 years. Our network includes over 250+ physicians in over 100+ clinics throughout the greater Long Beach, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire areas.

We currently have an opening for a Part-Time NP/PA
. Experience in Primary Care and Geriatrics preferred.

  : $70-75 per hour
• Hours
  : 1-2 days per week, open to days

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for adult patients with acute illnesses and chronic diseases.
• Perform comprehensive adult wellness exams and preventive screening.
• Manage chronic disease treatment plans, medication adjustments, and follow-up care.
• Order, interpret, and follow up on labs, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe medications and manage controlled substances according to state and federal regulations.
• Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle modifications, and preventive health.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives aimed at improving outcomes for adult and geriatric patients.

• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of CA
• National certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience in internal medicine or geriatric primary care
• DEA License
• Basic Life Support (BLS/ACLS)
• Bilingual, preferred
