Nurse Manager Surgical Services

Job Summary

We are offering to qualified and experienced candidates a sign‑on bonus not to exceed 10% of salary for this position. As the Nurse Manager Surgical Services y Medical Center, you will oversee our GI and Same Day Surgery departments, lead a team of frontline nurses, and serve as the conduit between caregivers and leadership. You will communicate the organization’s goals to nursing staff, continually improve patient experiences, and advocate for your team by bringing issues, requests, or new ideas to leadership.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent education and experience required
• Minimum of three (3) years of nursing experience and one (1) year of leadership experience required

• Registered Nursing License (RN) in CA required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required
