College Medical Center Long Beach is seeking a Charge Nurse to lead patient-centered care delivery in a high-paced emergency setting. You will assess needs, coordinate resources, and mentor team members to ensure safe, timely admissions, transfers and discharges.
Strong leadership and clinical expertise are essential. Required CA RN license, CPR BLS, ACLS on hire and PALS within 6 months; 3+ years in emergency nursing preferred.
