Job Description:

We are seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to join our team! LVN's must have 1 year of LVN experience on their California license. We have several Full, Part Time & Per Diem LVN shift care cases throughout the Long Beach, LA, West LA and South Bay Areas . We are looking to hire LVN's to work 6-12 hour shifts. Flexible schedules.

Must have experience with GJ-Tubes, Trachs, and Vents to care for our sub-acute pediatric and adult patients doing one to one care in the home setting. C.Cannon: 4 yr old peds (1 child of set of triplets) Gt, alert, oriented, verbal, ambulatory, Food Stimulation PO, Remission Cancer. Female Shift open Mon, Weds, Fri 8:30-4:30pm. Sat/Sun open 8-12 hour shifts morning, swing or noc. Pending Liver Transplant Sx

Hospital bed, has sleep apnea, uses percussion vest, cough assist, uses CPAP gen PRN when she is sick 1-3 l/min. No Trach or Vent. Shift open Q Sat/Sun 8-4p or 9-5pm.

( Madison Sister Agency ) 23 yrs male with Down’s Syndrome, Bilateral Hip Dislocation, Chronic Sleep Apnea, Seizures, Has J-Tube to remove air/gases with syringe. GT Mickey, Breathing Txs, Oxygen PRN QHS, wheelchair, non ambulatory. Weakness in lower extremities. Diapers. Shift open Mon - Fri 7-3pm or 6:30-2:30pm. Mom needs a reliable nurse.

Both parents go to work when nurse is there. Female/Male Nurse. Spanish speaking is preferred but not required. Address:
