Interim Commercial Property Manager

We are a privately‑owned, vertically‑integrated real estate investment and operating firm, with a portfolio of commercial properties and over $1B in managed assets.

• Manage daily operations of the office property, including maintenance, vendors, and service contracts
• Oversee tenant relations, respond to requests, and coordinate move‑ins/move‑outs
• Manage budgets, rent collections, and financial reporting using Yardi
• Coordinate and supervise vendors, inspections, and preventive maintenance
• Work closely with the Assistant Property Manager to ensure smooth site operations
• Ensure compliance with leases, policies, and applicable regulations

• 4+ years experience within commercial properties/assets
• Degree preferred but not required
• Ability to work on‑site at the single‑site office campus
• Proficiency with Yardi or MRI and MS Office
• Strong communication and understanding of general accounting/finance
