As you progress toward licensure, you will gain exposure to proven systems, client workflows, and daily habits that help agents transition smoothly from education into active production with confidence.

First year earning potential when hitting goals: $160,000+

  • State-approved pre-licensing coursework with structured guidance

  • Exposure to systems used inside a Zillow Flex-based environment

Responsibilities
  • Learn the real estate transaction process from initial inquiry through closing
  • Support buyer and seller clients with communication, follow-up, and scheduling
  • Participate in structured training, coaching, and team meetings
  • Learn to work Zillow Flex opportunities within established team systems
  • Assist with property showings, open houses, and client preparation
  • Maintain consistent lead follow-up using the provided tools and workflows
  • Develop market knowledge specific to Long Beach and the surrounding areas
