Multi-Family Commercial Sales Specialist

This opportunity is designed for professionals who want to develop deep expertise across multi‑family assets, ranging from smaller two‑unit properties to larger apartment communities.

You will learn how to research sub‑markets, evaluate property performance, prepare financial analysis, and guide investors through each phase of a commercial transaction. Daily activity centers on prospecting, relationship development, opportunity analysis, and managing transactions with consistency and professionalism. You will be supported by a nationally recognized platform, advanced analytics, and direct mentorship from experienced commercial advisors. With a structured development path and access to specialized tools, this opportunity is built to help you grow confidence, sharpen skills, and serve investors at a high level over time.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation:
    Actively generate new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Database Outreach:
    Call on our proprietary database to connect with potential clients and maintain relationships.
  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct thorough property evaluations and market analysis to identify profitable investment opportunities.
  • Client Relationships:
    Build and nurture strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors, offering expert guidance throughout the process.
  • Property Listings:
    List and market multi‑family properties, including apartments, duplexes, triplexes, and other residential and commercial properties.
  • Negotiations:
    Skillfully negotiate offers and counter‑offers, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
  • Transaction Management:
    Oversee the full transaction process from lead generation to closing, ensuring smooth and successful deals.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience or strong interest in multi‑family residential commercial real estate (duplex, triplex, 6‑plex, apartment complexes).
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and ready to thrive in a competitive commercial real estate environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.
  • Real estate license is required.
  • Commission opportunity. A license is required to earn income.
Compensation

$165,000 at plan / $165,000 per year
