Data Scientist
Computational Clinical Scientist specializing in biomarker analysis within the Translational Medicine team, focusing on molecular and clinical data integration to identify predictive biomarkers for RAS-addicted cancers.
Responsibilitiesanalyze genomic, proteomic, and assay data—including circulating tumor DNA, RNA/DNA sequencing, and immunohistochemistry to validate biomarkers; collaborate with internal teams, CROs, and partners; support biomarker-driven trial design and regulatory documents; interpret data to elucidate mechanisms of action and patient selection strategies.
RequirementsMS or Ph.D. in bioinformatics, biology, or data science; at least 2 years of biotech/pharma experience in oncology-focused bioinformatics; proficiency in R and/or Python; solid understanding of statistical models, clinical outcome data, and cancer genomics tools (e.g., GATK, Salmon, VEP); experience with survival analysis, causal inference, and visualization techniques.
Preferredfamiliarity with large genomic datasets (GDC, TCGA), software development practices, cloud computing, and additional cancer genomics tools.
High Valueoncology, RAS pathway, biomarker validation, clinical trial data analysis, molecular profiling.
Work Setupunspecified; likely collaborative environment given cross-functional interaction.
