In this age of rapid tech evolution, our enterprise partnerships transform frontline teams from transactional to relational, and from task-oriented to strategic.
We impact companies' bottom lines with improved productivity, increased retention, and differentiated quality of customer experience - while employees experience greater success in their current roles and unlock future professional growth.

As Product Researcher, you'll be accountable for building and maintaining our pipeline of subject matter expert advisors, running a variety of research studies that inform product and curriculum decisions (ranging from landscape scans to usability tests), and keeping our research operations organized so that findings are accessible to the team.
You'll work with our Product and Design teams to ground feature decisions in real user behavior, running studies that inform what gets built and validating it once it ships. You'll also work with our Learning Experience Design team to help ensure courses teach the skills that matter to our clients, translating research findings into curriculum priorities. You'll also support our GTM teams to surface intel that will help diagnose client needs and address pain points.
