Job Title: F&B Runner AOP

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: F&B Manager

Hourly Rate: $18 per hour

Location: Long Beach, CA

Job Type: Part-Time.

Legends|ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a F&B Runner at the Aquarium of the Pacific. As a Food and Beverage Runner, you will be responsible for delivering products to all concession stands in a timely manner. To succeed in this role, you must be a self-starter, proactive problem solver, and able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Deliver products to all concession stands in a timely manner.
• Assist with location inventory and manage warehouse transactions.
• Maintain a safe working environment and sanitary work area.
• Set up and break down portable food service equipment.
• Clean and organize concession stands and warehouse areas.
• Accurately complete paperwork for each delivery.
• Interact effectively with team members in a diverse workforce.
• Follow all Food & Beverage rules and regulations set by ASM Global.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Lift, move, and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Education:
  
  High school diploma or GED required.
• Certifications:
  
  Must have current Serve Safe/Food handler certification and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certificate.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in food and beverage is preferred but not required.
• Skills:
  
  Must have customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• This position may require working inside or outside depending on events.
• Exposure to loud sounds during some events.
