Retail & Store Manager, Customer Service Rep
The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs assigned work to gain experience, completes basic management and operations training, and learns about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and understanding CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of the training, trainees may be considered for promotion to open supervisory positions. These roles support store management in driving store performance, ensuring smooth operations, and leading the staff in the absence of a manager, with responsibilities including opening and closing procedures.
Essential FunctionsRequired

Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, computer skills, advanced communication skills, flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Preferred
:
Retail experience.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Hours:
20 - Time Type: Part-time
- Pay Range: $18.02 - $26.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location.
