Job PurposeAs a Specialty Account Representative, you will manage a portfolio of hematology/oncology accounts, develop strategic relationships with thought leaders, and drive sales of infusion products in community oncology and health‑system settings.
Key Responsibilities- Meet or exceed all territory sales objectives and prepare territory business plans.
- Conduct compliant stakeholder meetings, leveraging marketing strategies and approved resources.
- Maintain and grow the customer base by building rapport with key customers and identifying new opportunities.
- Apply the Pharmacosmos selling process tailored to diverse customer needs.
- Use product, disease‑state, and market knowledge to influence decisions and expand business opportunities.
- Execute account management processes, including targeting, planning, and execution to achieve performance goals.
- Collaborate across internal teams (Marketing, Training, Strategy, Operations, Medical Affairs) and external stakeholders.
- Adhere to corporate policies, government regulations, expense policies, and administrative requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 6 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including 3 years in specialty pharmaceuticals.
- Buy‑and‑bill and HEM/ONC experience preferred.
- Proven sales success in hematology/oncology and hospital accounts.
- Strong analytical, business acumen, and ability to achieve sales objectives.
- Travel up to 30% of the time.
- Customer‑oriented: respond to consumer needs with personalized communication.
- Leadership: motivate teams and lead cross‑functional projects.
- Negotiation and problem‑solving: reach win/win solutions with stakeholders.
- Collaboration and communication: work effectively across all levels.
- Emotional intelligence: foster a high‑effective environment for internal and external partnerships.
