About Sundae – We predict when sellers need help, reach them with a best‑in‑class team, and grow by word of mouth. We are a Tier 1 backed company with real‑estate leaders from Airbnb, Dropbox, etc.

Who This Role Is For

Experienced, performance‑driven sales professionals who value autonomy and uncapped earning potential. Success requires consistency, strong follow‑through, and comfort owning a full pipeline in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cold call, door knock, and respond to inbound leads to uncover potential new leads in the field.
  • Generate opportunities to partner with local real estate agents through networking events and cold calling.
  • Attend appointments with potential customers at their homes.
  • Generate referrals from happy customers you helped.
  • Meet and exceed assigned activity and revenue goals.
  • This role is expected to work evenings and weekends to meet customer needs while maintaining work‑life balance.
Skills & Personal Qualities
  • Proven self‑generating lead track record and local partnership building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Relationship‑building skills, build rapport quickly and authentically.
  • Knowledgeable about real estate conditions and process.
  • Empathic, active listening.
  • Meticulous sales pipeline management.
  • Technologically literate.
  • Experience using Salesforce or CRM tool.
  • Effective time management and task prioritization.
Qualifications
  • 2+ consecutive years wholesale real estate experience.
  • 1+ years outside sales experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to clear background/driving record check (required).
Compensation & Benefits
  • $140,000+ OTE (base + uncapped commissions) annually.
