Job OverviewThe Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading the growth of the Digital Pathology business in the Western United States. Working closely with Digital Pathology Sales Specialists and Solution Architects, the role executes strategies to drive quarterly and annual sales quotas, profit goals and market share objectives while fostering strong relationships with strategic customers.
Responsibilities- Achieve and exceed region’s quarterly and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales mix objectives, profit goal and market share goals.
- Provide direction, leadership, coaching and mentoring for direct sales and solution architect representatives.
- Build a strong network of strategic customers and actively participate in regional digital pathology sales projects.
- Recruit, develop, and train sales associates with clearly communicated performance standards.

- Apply standard work to CRM and Digital Pathology Implementation Plan processes.
- 5+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Prior management experience preferred.
- Prior capital sales experience.
- Contract negotiation/high‑level selling experience or experience in a matrixed environment.
- Experience with or another CRM.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- 50–75% travel.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel overnight for territory coverage and company meetings.
- High‑level relationships within key accounts (including NA Top 10) in the assigned geography, with senior hospital management, pathology departments, and purchasing or contracts teams.
Annual salary range: $140,000 – $200,000. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. Comprehensive benefits include paid time off, medical, dental, vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
